01 — The Brief
First, let’s talk! We will begin with a free phone consultation to determine your design needs and how we can work together. Then, I’ll put together a quote and project agreement and send it your way.

→ Down Payment made
→ Project is ready to kick off!
02 — The Kickoff Call
30 MINUTES
After the Project Agreement is signed, we are ready to get going! During the Kickoff Call, we will go over any remaining details or questions you may have, and we will establish a game plan for timing and reviews.
MILESTONES
→ Dates and times set for reviews
→ Any collateral/reference needed from client sent to Saltless Sea Studio
→ Project begins!
03 — The Big Idea
1-2 DAYS
Saltless Sea Studio begins with research and inspiration gathering for your brand. This is where we establish your unique look and feel, and your positioning in the market.
MILESTONES
→ SSS gathers inspiration and creates moodboard options for client
→ Client chooses a moodboard direction
04 — The Design
TIMING DEPENDS ON PROJECT SCOPE
This is where your beautiful brand comes to life! Three rounds of creative reviews are built in, so we can collaborate on making everything perfect and bringing your brand vision to the world.

→ Round One designs delivered to client
→ Any R1 feedback gathered on Review Call
→ Changes applied, Round 2 designs delivered to client

→ Designs get fine-tuned

05 — The Production
TIMING DEPENDS ON PROJECT SCOPE
Here’s the really fun part, where we go from digital to tactile! Finalized designs go to printers and makers. Everything you need, from coffee sleeves to business cards and product tags, get made and shipped to you.

06 — The Launch
1-2 DAYS
The design process is all done, and your brand is out in the world! Now we wrap up the project, review the process, and talk about any feedback you may have.
